Dr Charlotte Middleton
Dr Charlotte Middleton
MBBS, DCH, FRACGP
Graduating from Flinders University (Adelaide) in 1997, Dr Charlotte Middleton worked mainly in Neonatal, Paediatric and Maternity Health in various hospitals around Australia, before making the transition into General Practice in 2012.
Dr Middleton’s extensive training at the Australasian College of Nutritional and Environmental Medicine and other similar colleges, has resulted in a special interest in Integrative Medicine (a combination of traditional medicine and evidence-based complementary medicine). She is passionate about the use of nutrition, vitamins and supplements to optimise health, (including the use of medicinal cannabis for TGA approved conditions).
Dr Middleton also has a keen interest in the role of technology in healthcare and is Chief Medical Officer for a digital healthcare company where she works once a week. A side career in medical education and media has also led to the creation of a DVD box set on ‘Common Post-Natal Issues’, used by maternity educators Australia-wide and available at drcharlottesweb.com.au.
