Dr Viney graduated in 1986 from the University of Birmingham in the UK. He completed his initial GP training in and around Warwick and Stratford-upon-Avon before moving to Warrnambool in 1991.
Prior to beginning practising at the Jamieson St practice in 2000, he was a partner in various Warrnambool practices. Dr Viney has a particular interest in ear, nose and throat medicine, as well as chronic disease management.
His personal interests include permaculture and horticulture.
