Nursing team

At Ochre Health Kotara, our Nurse Team works alongside your doctor to support your healthcare journey. The Nurse Team may assist you with vaccinations, childhood immunisations, wound care, skin procedures, ear syringing, Health Checks and Care Planning, healthy lifestyle advice and goal setting.

Denise Lyons:

Denise is a qualified Nurse Practitioner specialising in General Practice. She is able to work to a higher scope and provide health care independently, including prescribing some medications and referring to allied health and medical specialists. Denise works in collaboration with your GP in the areas of diabetes management, osteoporosis, iron infusions, smoking cessation and weight loss management.

Katie Frankiewicz, Anna Steinbach, Leanne MacPherson, Sonya Davidson:

Katie, Anna, Leanne and Sonya are Registered Nurses specialising in General Practice. They are available to assist you through your healthcare journey, working in collaboration with your GP to support your care goals and keep you healthier for longer.

Admin team

Our Admin Team are committed to providing you with the best possible customer experience, from the time you walk-in to the time you walk-out and every phone call in between.

Kim Isaac (Practice Manager) and Megan Wallace (Assistant Practice Manager) 

Kim and Megan are always available to assist with any administrative enquiries that may require escalation from the Reception Team. You can also feel free to reach out to either Kim or Megan if you have feedback you would like to pass on.
