Dr Frede graduated from University of Western Sydney in 2018 with a Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery. She completed her junior doctor years in Gosford and Wyong Hospitals, before moving to Tamworth where she completed her Emergency Medicine Certificate in 2021. She has made Tamworth her home town, and enjoys the diversity of rural general practice, with a special interest in preventative medicine. In her spare time, she enjoys playing sports and exploring the region.
