Dr Django Nathan is a compassionate and well-rounded rural generalist with advanced specialist training in obstetrics and gynaecology. Hailing from Mudgee and completing high school in Bathurst, Dr. Nathan’s academic journey unfolded with a focus on molecular biology and genetics during his undergraduate years at the University of Sydney (USYD), followed by a pursuit of medicine at the same institution.
Throughout his training, Dr. Nathan undertook various roles, serving as a medical registrar at Westmead, a GP registrar at Bundeena, and an O+G registrar at Gosford. His diverse professional experiences also include roles such as medical director for Xytide biotech and serving as a cosmetic physician at Contour Clinics and Medical Injectables. Notably, he played a crucial role during the pandemic, actively treating positive COVID-19 cases and contributing to the management of the hotel quarantine system.
