First Nations health

If you identify as an Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander, you are eligible for a government-funded annual health assessment. This is an appointment with one of our nurses and then a doctor, to review your current health & lifestyle (including physical, social and emotional wellbeing) and to develop a plan to ensure your good health now, and into the future.
