QML Pathology

QML Pathology has 24 laboratories and over 635 collection centres strategically located throughout Queensland and northern New South Wales. Our operations are maintained by over 32 specialist pathologists and over 2000 staff.

The healthcare provider who requested your test(s) may have given you special instructions for preparing for your test. Follow those instructions exactly as given by your doctor. For more information, visit QML’s Preparing for Your Test page.

Opening hours: Mon-Fri 7:30 am to 12:00 pm and 12:30 pm to 3:30 pm.

To access this service please use our main entrance doors.

For pathology – Upon entering you should head straight ahead to the right-hand side and take a number from outside the door. Once you have a number please take a seat and your number will be called out when ready. This is a walk-in service and so appointments cannot be made.

For sample collecting – Upon entering you should head straight ahead to the right-hand side and leave the sample in the black box outside the door. Please ensure that you have a signed form in with the sample, and that the sample is also labelled correctly.
