Dr Radajewski undertook a medical degree at University of Sydney in 2004, several years after completing engineering and science degrees at UNSW.
He completed his internship and residency at several Sydney hospitals, including Hornsby, Manly, Mona Vale and Westmead Children’s Hospital. While at the Children’s Hospital, Richard obtained a Diploma in Child Health.
In 2011 Dr Radajewski moved to Canberra to work as a GP in Queanbeyan and as a visiting medical officer at Queanbeyan Hospital. He joined Plaza Medical Centre, Woden, in 2012 and began practicing with Ochre Medical Centre Garran in 2014. He has maintained his interest and skills in emergency medicine by working part-time in the Canberra Hospital emergency department since 2016.
When not at work, Dr Radajewski enjoys spending time with his young family, volunteering on an alpine sport-club committee and staying active outdoors. He is a keen bushwalker and hiker and enjoys a wide range of winter sports. He maintains an interest in emerging fields of science and technology particularly relating to environmental issues.
