Dr Sarah Isaacs

Dr Sarah Isaacs completed her medical degree at the University of Newcastle and postgraduate training at various locations across Newcastle and the Hunter New England area. She worked for five years within the hospital system, before electing to pursue a career in general practice.

Her career in general practice took her in a rural direction, working for several years in remote indigenous communities in the Northern Territory, where she developed a passion for improving outcomes for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders.

She is currently splitting her time between rural medicine, and spending time at home in the Hunter Valley.
