Dr Mirza Rahman completed his MBBS in Bangladesh in 2005. After passing the AMC examinations in 2009, he commenced work in Australia as an intern and then as a resident at Wollongong Hospital from 2010 to 2012.
In January 2012, Dr Rahman began the General Practice Training Program under the AGPT and was awarded his Fellowship with the RACGP in 2014. During his training, he worked as a GP registrar across a number of medical centres and also served as a Visiting Medical Officer (VMO) at a rural hospital.
Dr Rahman moved to Canberra in 2015 and has been practising there as a General Practitioner since. His clinical work focuses on all aspects of general practice, with a particular interest in skin cancer checks.
