Clinical study for osteoarthritis

Do you suffer from knee pain due to osteoarthritis? Would you like to reduce this pain?

You are invited to participate in a trial by academics, sport & exercise physicians and rheumatologists, led by The University of Western Australia. Participants will receive weekly and monthly injections of the trial medicine (pentosan) for between 5 weeks to 12 months.

Eligibility includes age 40 years or older, have moderate to severe knee osteoarthritis, and able to provide written consent.

This trial has been approved by the Bellberry Human Research Ethics Committee
