Lisa is an enthusiastic, caring, and passionate health professional set on a mission to improve women’s and pelvic health and wellbeing. She is devoted to client-centred care, combining manual therapy with clinical exercise and ergonomic advice to help clients achieve meaningful goals.

She understands that continence concerns can be stressful for both children and parents, and provides gentle, child-friendly, and evidence-based care in a supportive and respectful environment. Xanthe focuses on practical, achievable strategies that help children build confidence, independence, and long-term skills.

In addition to paediatric care, Xanthe also enjoys treating a wide range of general musculoskeletal conditions across all ages. Xanthe is known for her calm, reassuring approach and her ability to work closely with families to create treatment plans that fit easily into everyday life.
