Please be aware that our Cygnet practice has recently experienced significant flooding. Unfortunately the damage means we will need to close the clinic for the foreseeable future while repairs are carried out.
We understand how concerning and inconvenient this news may be and we are working hard behind the scenes to assess the damage, contact affected patients, and make alternative arrangements where possible.
If you have an upcoming appointment, please be patient with us as we work through the necessary changes. We will contact patients directly regarding any appointments that are affected.

Bulk Billing changes
Recent changes by the Australian Government mean that more services at our practice will be Bulk Billed from 1st January 2026. This will include standard appointment types such as routine GP consultations, health assessments and chronic conditions management plans and reviews (where eligible). It is important to note however that there will be some services that still incur a out of pocket fee, such as, minor procedures, skin procedures, and certain specialised services. We encourage you to speak with us if you are unsure whether the services you are receiving will be bulk billed or whether there will be an out of pocket expense.
