Dr Adam Cooper graduated from Newcastle University in 1995.
After graduation he worked in Wollongong Hospital NSW and Launceston General Hospital, Tasmania between 1995 and 1999, obtaining his Diploma in Obstetrics and Gynaecology and gaining experience in Paediatrics, General Medicine, Sexual Health and Emergency Medicine.
Dr Cooper has had over twenty years General Practice experience in the Hunter Valley NSW, where he achieved Fellowship of RACGP in 2002. He has recently relocated to the ACT, enjoying being close to family and the cooler climate.
Professionally, Dr Cooper enjoys the great variety of General Practice Medicine and supporting and assisting people of all ages and stages of their lives.
Outside of work Dr Cooper enjoys all things family, is a keen cyclist and hiker and likes to spend long periods working in his shed.
