Dr Lisa Lloyd
Dr Lisa Lloyd
MBBS, Dip (Child Health), DRANZCOG, FRACGP
Dr Lloyd graduated with a Bachelor of Medicine/Bachelor of Surgery from Monash University, Melbourne, in 2004. Following her degree, she moved to Western Australia to complete her internship and training as a general practitioner.
Dr Lloyd describes her time in the Kimberley region of Western Australia as an inspiring and formative two years of her career, in which her exposure to remote medicine and indigenous health further inspired her decision to pursue general practice.
In 2011, she moved to the Northern Rivers region of NSW, where she worked for eight years as a GP in a small practice in a rural community, in addition to running an organic garlic farm with her husband and raising her three young boys.
In her spare time, Dr Lloyd enjoys gardening, camping and fishing.
