Cathy King
Cathy has over 25 years clinical practice experience working as a private practitioner and across a range of government and nongovernment settings, including mental health, sexual assault and child protection. Cathy sees adult clients across the range of clinical disorders. Cathy is trained in, and uses, evidence-based therapies including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Compassion Focussed Therapy (CFT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Schema Therapy. Cathy is committed to working with clients at their pace, to increase and enhance coping and functioning in life.

Christine Forrester-Knauss
Christine has been practicing as a psychologist for over a decade. She is a Clinical Psychologist with experience in different clinical settings in Switzerland and Australia and has been working in private practice in Canberra since 2022. She is trained in several psycho-therapeutic methods such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Client-Centred Therapy, Emotion Focused Therapy, Systemic Therapy, Systemic Couples Therapy, and Emotionally Focused Therapy for Couples.
Christine is passionate about providing empathic, positive, strength and resources-oriented client-centred support for adults grounded on evidence-based theories and methods. The foundation of her clinical work is a humanistic perspective with a focus on empathy and understanding the client’s unique and individual circumstances.
Christine offers treatment to adult clients experiencing depression or low mood, anxiety, stress, low self-esteem, or relationship problems.
Please note that Christine does not see patients under 18yrs old.
