Allergies can cause symptoms ranging from hay fever and eczema to asthma and, in rare cases, anaphylaxis. Our GPs provide assessment and testing to help identify your triggers and create a practical management plan.

What we offer:

• Clinical assessment: medical history, symptom review and examination.

• Testing: skin prick testing (where available) and/or specific IgE blood tests for common allergens such as pollens, dust mites, animal dander, moulds and foods. Patch testing for suspected contact dermatitis may be arranged.

• Management: personalised avoidance strategies, medication plans (e.g. antihistamines, intranasal corticosteroids), and Anaphylaxis/ASCIA action plans where appropriate, including adrenaline auto-injector prescriptions.

• Referral: when needed, we coordinate referral to specialist allergy services for oral food challenges or complex cases.

What to expect:
Your GP will discuss the most suitable tests for your symptoms, explain results, and work with you on a step-by-step plan to reduce flares and improve quality of life.
