Psychologist

Mark is a Psychologist at Level One Psychology who conducts psychological consultations via Telehealth. Mark has a calm and caring manner and aims to make therapy relatable and specific to each person’s needs.

Mark was born in England, lived in Germany and Sweden, before settling in Australia, and therefore has worked with people from a variety of cultures and backgrounds. He believes therapy works best when it gives both immediate practical strategies to cope with difficulties and deep, long-lasting emotional and cognitive change.

Mark offers support for children and adults experiencing:

Tina is a Provisional Psychologist who conducts psychological consultations via Telehealth. Tina brings a warm, compassionate, and collaborative approach to supporting clients through a wide range of psychological challenges.
Tina is passionate about delivering evidence-based, person-centred support that empowers individuals to improve their emotional well-being, enhance resilience, and develop practical skills to manage life’s difficulties.

She offers support for:

  • Neurodiverse presentations (e.g. Autism Spectrum Disorder)
  • Trauma (including PTSD)
  • Phobias
  • Grief

Tina’s therapeutic approach is tailored to each person’s unique needs. She draws from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Trauma-Informed Practices to help clients gain insight into their thoughts and behaviours, adopt healthier coping strategies, and work toward meaningful, sustainable change.
