If you are running late, please ring to see whether it is possible to fit you in or to arrange another suitable time. Staff will do their best to help you and accommodate your needs. But being late may be unfair to other patients who would be made to wait.
Cancellations & no-shows
If you can’t attend your appointment, please contact us to reschedule or cancel.

We generally require at least 4 hours’ notice; however, cancellation terms and fees vary by practitioner.

Insufficient notice or non-attendance may incur a fee up to the full cost of the consult, depending on the practitioner’s policy.

Cancellation and no-show fees are not eligible for a Medicare rebate.

We reserve the right to request a deposit for future appointments where there are concerns about no-shows or repeated late cancellations.
