Carsten completed his postgraduate training in the UK and Melbourne and has been working as a GP for over 15 years.
He moved to Tasmania in 2019 and began practicing with the team at Augusta Road in 2021.
Carsten moved to the UK from his native Germany to complete his postgraduate training and has been working in various roles clinical and administrative roles in the English National Health Service (NHS) and more recently in the Tasmanian Health Service (THS) over the last 20 years. In addition to his clinical work, he is a Council member for Primary Care Tasmania and is working for the THS.
