Dr Sarwat Arif completed her MBBS and MCPS in Pakistan and has undertaken further studies with the Royal College in the UK. She began her career in Pakistan before moving to Saudi Arabia, where she worked with the Ministry of Health as a Registrar in Family Medicine, as well as in urgent care and specialised clinics.
Dr Arif brings over 15 years of experience providing comprehensive, continuous and patient-centred care. She has extensive experience in managing chronic conditions, cardiovascular risk assessment, screening programs, immunisations, preventative health and mental health. She also supports patients with metabolic conditions and a wide range of general health concerns within the community.
She has a special interest in women’s health, including antenatal and postnatal care, contraception and general gynaecological conditions. Dr Arif also has strong experience in child and adolescent health, including immunisations, growth and development.
In addition, she provides care across men’s health and has a particular interest in geriatric care, including frailty, complex medical conditions, polypharmacy and advance care planning.
Dr Arif is committed to delivering holistic, compassionate care tailored to each patient’s individual needs.
