Dr Labdhi Mehta

Dr Labdhi Mehta is a newly fellowed GP who recently relocated to the Canberra Region from Sydney. She is currently welcoming new patients.

She earned her medical degree from Townsville in Queensland and completed her intern year and residency at Blacktown and Mount Druitt hospitals. During this time, she gained experience in emergency medicine, paediatrics, obstetrics and gynaecology, cardiology, and geriatrics. Dr. Mehta also worked at The Children’s Hospital Westmead, where she gained valuable experience in both general paediatrics and paediatric emergency care, providing her with a strong foundation for general practice from newborn to adolescent patients. She also holds certifications from the Sydney Child Health Program and Family Planning Alliance Australia in Reproductive and Sexual Health.

When not at work, Dr Mehta enjoys spending time with family and friends and has a passion for baking and dancing.
