Dr Amy Noakes studied Medicine at the University of Newcastle, and completed her junior doctor training in the Newcastle area. She obtained her fellowship in General practice in 2017, and has worked as a GP both locally in Newcastle and as a locum. She has undertaken further training in skin cancer medicine, and worked in a skin cancer clinic for a number of years. She also completed further training in women’s and children’s health, and is able to insert and remove implanon.
She moved down to Tasmania this year to explore more of this beautiful state, and make the most of the incredible hiking on offer.
