Locum with Ochre

Ochre Health is seeking expressions of interest from locum doctors who are interested in engaging us as their service provider and supporting our mission to deliver critical health care to rural Australian communities. You’ll become an integral part of our clinical team and share your expertise with like-minded professionals, as we work together to deliver greater health outcomes across the country.

Choose from a selection of both short-term and long-term locum positions, ranging between several days to multiple weeks of work.

Locations:

With over 60 medical centres located around Australia, the Ochre network encompasses some of Australia’s most unique and diverse environments, including some DPA locations. From the rich red centre of outback New South Wales and the Riverina, to the mountainous wilderness of the West Coast of Tasmania, the vibrant close-knit communities of the Bass Strait Islands, or the stunning coastal beaches of the Eastern Seaboard, there’s bound to be an Ochre location that will suit you. Job Types:

GP VMO: You will be working in our medical centre seeing patients Monday to Friday, whilst participating in a shared on-call roster for the local Hospital ED. Rates ranging between $1700 – $2500 per day worked.

GP ONLY: You will be working in our medical centre seeing patients Monday to Friday.
Rates ranging between $1200 – $1500 per day worked.

Essential Criteria:
