Dr Bell completed his medical training at the University of Liverpool in 1998 and subsequently undertook several hospital training posts to gain experience for general practice. He qualified as a GP in 2004, initially working in urgent care and out-of-hours.

Dr Bell became the clinical lead and then the Deputy Clinical Director for the Community Business Unit of the hospital in Macclesfield. He was then made partner in a busy training practice in 2008 and subsequently the Medical Director of a Community Interest Company which provided ‘out of hospital’ services to the residents of Eastern Cheshire (population 200,000).

In 2016, he obtained fellowship of the Australian College of General Practitioners. Dr Bell takes pride in providing the best service possible to the patients of Grafton.

Outside of medicine, Dr Bell enjoys walking, playing chess and spending time with his family, especially in outdoor activities.
