VR GP Opportunity – Sea Change or Flexible Work Model | Bridport and/or Scottsdale, Tasmania

Looking for a meaningful role in a stunning location? The Ochre Medical Centres in Bridport and Scottsdale are seeking passionate VR GPs to join our friendly and well-established rural practices. Whether you’re ready for a permanent sea change or interested in a fly-in/fly-out hybrid model, we offer the flexibility to make it work.

What We’re Offering:

  • Permanent full time or part-time GP positions OR
  • A rotating hybrid model: 3–4 GPs covering 1 week per month
  • Mixed billing with high billings per consult
  • Well-established patient base ready from day one
  • Accommodation and relocation support
  • Workforce Incentive Payments (up to $12,000 for the first 2 years increasing to $23,000 per annum after 5 years ongoing)
  • Relocation, CPD, procedural and retention grants available
  • 30% moratorium reduction (DPA/MMM6 location)
  • Opportunity for teaching and supervision (with support from Ochre Medical Centre Scottsdale)

About You:

  • Vocational Registration (FRACGP/FACRRM) or General Registration with AHPRA
  • Competent in a broad range of GP presentations
  • Interest in rural health and/or mentoring junior doctors (optional)
