• Exceptional Earnings: High revenue potential with approximately $400,000 p.a. in clinic billings, plus an additional hospital/emergency on-call earning pool of roughly $170,000 p.a.
• Practice Model: Delivering full-spectrum Universal Bulk-Billed primary care alongside local acute emergency and inpatient hospital coverage.
• Incentives & Allowances: Benefit from a massive $100,000 Rural Incentive Package spaced over 5 years, plus $5,000 in airfares and a $2,000 CPD allowance.
• Relocation & Housing: Comprehensive living support including a dedicated House & Car provided on-island, backed by relocation assistance from both Ochre and the People Project.
• Maximum Government Benefits: As an MMM7 location, you qualify for the highest tier of rural Workforce Incentive Program (WIP) payments and maximum moratorium reductions.

Skills & Experience

• Qualifications: Vocational Registration (FACRRM or FRACGP) with Specialist Registration as a GP and/or Rural Generalist.
• Clinical Scope: Proven experience in emergency, primary care, and inpatient hospital settings, backed by a strong commitment to team-based care.
• Spirit: A strong team player with a genuine passion for rural community medicine and a love for the great outdoors.
