The opportunity

Our growing practice in Queenstown is currently looking for an experienced Rural GP VMO to join. Our Medical Centre is well equipped and purpose-built practice facility, adjacent to the Queenstown Hospital and aged care facility.

The practice has the capacity for three full-time doctors with support from a full-time CDM trained Registered Nurse, administration staff, and a number of visiting Allied Health professionals and ancillary services. You will also work alongside a highly experienced GP/VMO, you will also have an opportunity to supplement your income by providing on-call services to the hospital.

Suitability

  • Specialist registration with AHPRA
  • Fellowship with RACGP or ACRRM
  • Emergency medicine certificate (ALS2/REST)
  • Prior experience as a General Practitioner
