About the Transition to Nursing – Primary Care Program

When you join Ochre health you will work in one of our clinics in a multi-disciplinary team.

You will also be assigned a personal mentor during your time in the graduate program and meet with them on a regular basis to discuss your progress and benefit from their experience and knowledge.

The program is conducted with both face to face and online sessions so you will get to know your fellow graduates in the program. No matter where you are based, you’ll have a friendly and supportive network available.
