Dr Jacqui Nicholson

Dr Jacqui Nicholson (she/her) grew up in central western NSW, and graduated from the University of NSW in 2012. She has spent most of her time as a GP working in Canberra and inner Sydney, developing interests in sexual health, fertility, and gender affirming medicine. This inspired her to further her studies and she is currently completing a Master’s Degree in Sexual & Reproductive Health.

In addition to general family medicine, she is able to offer S100 prescriptions (HIV treatment and PrEP), gender affirming hormonal therapy (using the informed consent model), contraceptive advice (including hormonal implant procedures), and medical termination of pregnancy services.

In her spare time she enjoys the outdoors, reformer pilates, and spending time with her dog and young family. Dr Jacqui is a proud ally of the LGBTQIA+ community.
