Dr Sarah Lovibond

BSc (Hons), MBBS

Dr Sarah Lovibond grew up in Tasmania and initially worked around the world studying migratory birds before making a career change to medicine. She completed her medical degree at the Australian National University in 2017 then returned home in 2019 with her young family to work at the Royal and start her General Practice training. Sarah is now in the final stages of her fellowship training with the Royal Australian College of GPs. Sarah enjoys all aspects of General Practice, especially caring for children and adolescents, women’s health, and preventative and lifestyle medicine. Outside of work she loves to bushwalk and trail run, cook, and read, and does a bit of yoga, gardening and mountain biking, as much as possible with friends, family, and the family dog.
