Acting Chief Executive Officer

A Chartered Accountant by background, Patrick qualified at KPMG, spending seven years in the firm’s Audit and Advisory divisions. He then moved to London, where he held senior finance roles in media and financial services, and subsequently to New York, where he was Finance Director of AST-Equiniti. Returning to Australia in 2020, he established a CFO advisory firm before being appointed Ochre Group CFO in 2024 and Acting CEO in 2025. A people person in a people business, Patrick is a thoughtful leader, championing “The Ochre Way” which defines our Vision and Values, and acts as our roadmap for both delivering on our core Purpose of “Supporting doctors to improve the health of our communities”.

Acting Chief Financial Officer

A Chartered Account and Certified Public Accountant (US), James began his career in Audit with BDO New Zealand. He then spent two years in financial consulting roles in London before relocating to New York, where he held senior finance roles across the financial services, real estate and technology sectors over a ten year span. Most recently, he was Global Financial Controller of LivePerson, a NASDAQ-listed tech company headquartered in New York. Now based in Sydney, James took on the role of Acting CFO in mid-2025 and he is responsible for all of our financial operations, including strategy, planning and team leadership, as we facilitate market-leading support for GPs and their delivery of quality care.

With 20 years of experience in senior executive roles including at McDonald’s Australia and Telstra, Jason has spent the last decade in the healthcare sector. In this time, he has focused on building, growing and improving organisations’ systems, processes and people capabilities across telehealth, occupational medicine, allied health and specialist services areas. As Chief Operating Officer, Jason is responsible for the national management of medical centres, supporting doctors in patient care and operationalising “The Ochre Way” to ensure that our clinics are easy to access, friendly to deal with and operating efficiently – every time, every day.

Chief Recruitment Officer

Tracy plays a key role in ensuring Ochre recruits and retains high quality doctors for its UCCs and general practice network. With over 20 years of recruitment industry experience, she is an MBA Graduate and a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD). As Chair of ANRA, the peak body for recruitment in healthcare, community care and disability support, Tracy drives best practice and innovation nationally. Since joining Ochre in 2024, she leads talent, workforce solutions and GP practice opportunities.
