Dr Ben Rickard moved to the Northern Rivers in 2013 initially working at Lismore Base Hospital. Since arriving in the area he has continued to work as a GP and in hospital, currently employed both at Grant Street Clinic and Ballina District Hospital.
Having previously been a physiotherapist Ben has an interest in developmental conditions, disability, respiratory and musculoskeletal medicine. He is more than comfortable working with children having four young children with his wife Anna. He has a focus on quality of life and assisting patients make health decisions to optimise this.
