Dr Django Nathan is a compassionate and well-rounded rural generalist with advanced specialised training in obstetrics and gynaecology. He is available to care for you and your pregnancy through Ochre Bowenfels and Lithgow Hospital.
Hailing from Mudgee and completing high school in Bathurst, Dr. Nathan’s academic journey unfolded with a focus on molecular biology and genetics during his undergraduate years at the University of Sydney (USYD), followed by a pursuit of medicine at the same institution.
Throughout his training, Dr. Nathan undertook various roles, serving as a medical registrar at Westmead, a GP registrar at Bundeena, and an O+G registrar at Gosford. His diverse professional experiences have also included roles such as Chief Medical Officer for Xytide biotech, and cosmetic physician at Medical Aesthetics – Orange. Notably, he played a crucial role during the pandemic, actively treating positive COVID-19 cases and contributing to the management of the hotel quarantine system.
Dr Nathan is available at Ochre Bowenfels for minimally invasive and non-surgical removal of wrinkles, as well as consultations on lip and cheek volumisation.
Beyond his medical endeavours, Dr Nathan is a person of diverse interests. Outside of work, he delves into the realms of philosophy, history, and science fiction, showcasing a multifaceted personality that extends beyond the confines of his medical expertise.
