Dr Lisa Fernandez graduated with a Bachelor of Medicine/Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) from James Cook University, Queensland. She undertook her internship at Cairns Hospital before returning to her hometown, Wollongong, where she completed her hospital training at Wollongong Hospital.
Dr Fernandez has completed additional courses in Emergency Medicine and Paediatrics, receiving an Emergency Medicine Certificate and Diploma in Child Health. She also has an interest in Women’s Health including Antenatal Shared Care.
