Dr Monique Marinovich
Dr Monique Marinovich spent much of her childhood living in various parts of outback Australia with her family. She studied medicine at the University of Newcastle and began her medical career working in Newcastle and Darwin.
She later moved to New Plymouth on the west coast of New Zealand’s North Island for what was intended to be a six month role. That time grew into a 23 year chapter, during which she built both her professional career and family life.
In December 2024, Dr Marinovich returned to Australia to be closer to her parents and extended family. She enjoys working with patients across all stages of life and values continuity of care.
Outside of medicine, Dr Marinovich enjoys spending time in nature, walking her dog Rocky, being with her family and, when she gets the chance, surfing.
