Dr Nicole Langsford

Dr Langsford graduated from her medical degree in 2010 at Griffith University Gold Coast, having previously practised as a veterinarian for a decade. She completed her residency at Logan Hospital before undertaking her General Practice Fellowship training in a nearby practice that served many disadvantaged and migrant families, and attained her fellowship with RACGP in 2018.
Dr Langsford enjoys working with families and children, with a keen interest in developing healthy communities through preventative medicine. She is currently studying her Masters of Medicine (Paediatrics) at Sydney University and a Diploma of Lifestyle Medicine with the Australasian Society of Lifestyle Medicine.
After many years of frequent stays and climbing adventures in the Blue Mountains, Dr Langsford began practicing with the Ochre Medical Centre Wentworth Falls team, following several years as a general practitioner on the Gold Coast. She has additional professional experience in surgical assisting, aged care practice and frontline COVID respiratory clinics.
Dr Langsford is a mother of two, and enjoys hiking and rock climbing with her family in her spare time. She is passionate about educating GP registrars and improving clinical training, is an active Director on the board of GP Training Queensland (GPTQ), previous chair of the GPTQ Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Health Training Advisory Committee (Kab-bai Committee) and a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD).
