Dr Rall Koen

MBChB, FRACGP, FRNZCGP

Dr Koen completed his medical degree at The University of Stellenbosch in South Africa in 1994. As a young doctor he worked in South Africa, the UK and Australia covering most areas of medicine before settling in Taranaki, New Zealand where he specialized in Urgent Care Medicine and then General Practice in 2011

Dr Koen also has a special interest in peri-menopause management and skin cancer care with a diploma in dermoscopy and a certificate in skin cancer medicine. He enjoys family medicine and has been a solo General Practitioner in New Plymouth, New Zealand for several years before selling his practice to a large group.

Outside of medicine, Rall’s interests include kite surfing, pickle ball, tennis and time near the ocean.
