Dr Zarza Rashidi

MBBS

Dr Zarza is a GP Registrar in his final year of training, having graduated from medicine in 2017. Since graduating, he has worked across a wide range of clinical settings throughout Australia, including metropolitan and regional areas in New South Wales, Victoria, the ACT, Tasmania, and the Northern Territory. His background includes emergency medicine, medical registrar roles, and extensive frontline work during the COVID-19 pandemic across hospital wards, infusion services, and vaccination clinics. Dr Zarza has a strong interest in preventive and lifestyle-focused medicine, with particular attention to nutrition, physical activity, and long-term health optimisation. He takes a holistic, evidence-based approach to patient care, aiming to understand the whole person rather than just isolated symptoms.

Outside of clinical work, Dr Zarza has a keen interest in strength training, cardiovascular fitness, and lifelong learning, and enjoys continually expanding his understanding of health, science, and the world more broadly. He values clear communication, shared decision-making, and building long-term, trusting relationships with patients.
