Specialist GP expertise in menopause, contraception, bone health, nutrition, cardiovascular and overall wellbeing.
Multidisciplinary team care, including pelvic floor physiotherapy, dietetics, sleep psychology and exercise physiology.

- Individualised treatment plans, including lifestyle, exercise, nutrition and psychological support
- Evidence-based and complementary treatment options, including non-hormonal and hormonal therapies
- Education, guidance and ongoing support

Initial visit (45-60min)
- Full medical history
- Menopause symptom assessment
- Sleep assessment
- Sexual wellness assessment
- Mood assessment
- Physical examination : blood pressure, BMI, breast examination
- Investigations : blood tests, bone density scan, mammogram, cervical screening
- Referrals to multi-disciplinary team members
First review (30 min)
1 month after initial visit
- Review of investigations ordered
- Discussion about management options and shared decision making
- Prescription of medical and non-medical treatment
- Referrals to multi-disciplinary team members
Ongoing reviews (15-30 min)
3 months after initial visit and 3 monthly thereafter for the first year
- Monitoring of efficacy of prescribed treatment
- Review of expected side effects of treatment
