Dr John Lahoud is a General Practice Registrar with a broad clinical background spanning medical, surgical, and emergency medicine. He has worked in both major tertiary centres and smaller regional hospitals, giving him a well-rounded appreciation of diverse healthcare systems and patient needs. John completed his Doctor of Medicine at the University of Notre Dame Sydney in 2018, and holds a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Surgery from the University of Sydney. He is also a current PhD candidate at the University of Sydney, where his research focuses on quality-of-life health outcomes in patients with bladder cancer. He has multiple publications and has presented his research at national and international conferences. With extensive experience in acute care and procedural environments, John brings strong communication skills and is fluent in both English and Arabic. He is committed to delivering patient-centred, evidence-based care and has a particular interest in holistic health and chronic disease management. Outside of medicine, John values time with his family, enjoys travelling, and remains actively engaged with his community.
