Casie Lamberton
Casie is a dedicated and compassionate registered psychologist who provides psychological support to children, adolescents, and adults. She also conducts Autism, ADHD, and cognitive assessments. Casie is passionate about fostering positive mental health and empowering individuals to navigate life’s challenges with resilience.
Casie tailors her approach using evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Solution-Focused Therapy. Her primary goal is to enhance emotional well-being and personal growth.
Casie works exclusively at our Sippy Downs location.

- Medicare rebate available with a Mental Health Care Plan from your GP ($96.65 rebate)

Cathy King
Cathy has over 25 years clinical practice experience working as a private practitioner and across a range of government and nongovernment settings, including mental health, sexual assault and child protection. Cathy sees adult clients across the range of clinical disorders. Cathy is trained in, and uses, evidence-based therapies including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Compassion Focussed Therapy (CFT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Schema Therapy. Cathy is committed to working with clients at their pace, to increase and enhance coping and functioning in life.

Debbie Lucas
Debbie is a Clinical Psychologist with immediate availability. She has 20 years of experience across government and private practice settings. She has worked for Queensland Health as a Clinical Educator and as a Senior Psychologist within Mental Health, Persistent Pain Management, and Early Intervention and Parenting. For the past 7 years she has worked in private practice on the Sunshine Coast. Debbie has 15 years of experience providing supervision to psychologists for them to gain general registration and endorsement as clinical psychologists, psychology students on placement, and other colleagues and professionals for ongoing professional development.
Her clinical focus includes: Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, Stress, Grief and Loss. Relationship difficulties, including attachment trauma, intimacy and sexual wellbeing. Chronic medical conditions, including persistent pain and women’s health across the lifespan, LGBTQIA+, Perinatal and infant mental health, and transitions to parenthood.
Debbie is accepting in-person and telehealth referrals for individual therapy (14yrs and above) and couples and family therapy (all ages).
Her primary therapeutic modality for individual therapy is Intensive Short-Term Dynamic Psychotherapy (ISTDP). She also draws on her advanced training and experience in Schema Therapy, EMDR, ACT, DBT, IPT, CBT, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and attachment, trauma and neuroscience. This enables her to successfully work with a wide variety of clients.

Dr Lisa Martin
Lisa is a registered sport and performance psychologist with over 20 years of experience providing psychological intervention and support to athletes, medical professionals, performers, and any individual experiencing high levels of stress or dealing with change (including transitions in life and injury).
Lisa works with adolescents and adults, aiming to help individuals re-establish purpose, balance, and self-care while overcoming self-doubt, motivation challenges, loss of identity, performance anxiety, and stress-related concerns. She uses an Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) framework, integrating mindfulness techniques and cognitive strategies to increase psychological flexibility and enhance resilience and performance.
Lisa consults both online and in person at the Sippy Downs clinic.

Janelle Jones
Janelle Jones is a Psychologist and an Educational and Career Development Consultant. She has more than 25 years of experience working with children and their families within the educational sector, as a teacher, academic leader, guidance, and careers counsellor.
Janelle offers a unique service, which crosses the educational, psychological, careers and social-emotional domains. She has a passion for parenting, child behaviour management and educational accommodations for children with diverse needs. Janelle has extensive experience in learning difficulties, and is experienced in working within the school setting with both children and adolescents exhibiting a wide range of difficulties.
Areas where Janelle can provide support and intervention include, but are not limited to, anger management, anxiety, attention deficit-hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), autism spectrum disorders, behaviour problems, academic performance, bullying, career counselling, developmental disorders, general counselling, intellectual disabilities, learning difficulties, learning disabilities, parenting, school issues, school readiness, speech language impairments, and trauma.

Jessica Smith
Jessica is a down-to-earth Psychologist and Board Approved Supervisor who is passionate about supporting children, adults, couples, and families to move through challenges, heal from adversity and trauma, and develop stability and strength within themselves and their relationships.
She has particular training and experience working with EMDR and Schema Therapy, Family Therapy, the Gottman Method, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Sensorimotor and Play-Based Therapies. She is particularly passionate about supporting parents.

Karen Forrest

Level One Psychology
Level One Psychology is a private psychology practice offering support, education, and assistance to enable individuals to achieve well-being, balance, and fulfillment in life. Our team of practitioners includes registered psychologists, a clinical psychologist, a sport and performance psychologist, and a mental health social worker. Individual psychological consultations are available at each of our two clinic locations in Sippy Downs and Caloundra on the Sunshine Coast.
Our practitioners use a range of evidence-based therapies, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Mindfulness-based interventions. All practitioners are experienced and fully registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
GP referrals are welcomed but not necessary to access clinic services. We also welcome self-referral, WorkCover QLD and other insurance-related referrals, DVA referrals and NDIS self-managed clients. All sessions are tailored to the needs of each client, and confidentiality is assured.

Michele Guy
Michele is a very skilled and compassionate practitioner. As well as being an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker, Michele also holds a Masters degree in Mental Health Practice, allowing her to assess and treat a wide array of complex issues, including mental health disorders.
Michele provides emotional and practical support to children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. Michele works from a trauma-informed, client-centred, strengths-based approach whilst utilising a range of evidence-based therapies including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness, and focused psychological strategies. Michelle Summersgill
Michelle is a graduate of the University of South Africa (UNISA) with a Bachelor of Arts Honours in Psychology and is a registered psychologist with the Psychologist Board of Australia. She started her internship as a psychologist with Mackay Division of General Practice in 2006, was Clinical Lead with Northern Australia Primary Health and then in private practice with HMM Health in the Whitsundays before moving to Grafton GP Super Clinic in 2017.
Michelle works with adolescents over the age of 16 and adults with mild to moderate mental health conditions, she uses focused psychological strategies including psychoeducation, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Interpersonal Psychotherapy and Motivational Interviewing to treat:
- Anxiety disorders including social anxiety and panic attacks,
- Depressive disorders, depression and low mood
- Stress management
- Anger management

Preeti Gupta
As a registered psychologist, Preeti provides psychological intervention and counselling to clients of ages 18 to 60 years from diverse cultural backgrounds to build self-efficacy and overcome internal and external barriers for personal growth. Preeti has over 15 years of experience in both public and private sector including organisations specialising in mental health across India, UAE, UK and Australia.

Rosina Epps
Rosina Epps completed her bachelor degree at the University of Queensland before completing her masters at the University of the Sunshine Coast. Whilst completing her two year post graduate registrar program, she worked in a wide range of clinical settings, including mental health services for Queensland Health, Non-Government Organisations such as Headspace, and in private practice.
During her clinical practice, Rosina has gained experience with a wide range of client populations and has experience working with children, adolescents and adults in both crisis and therapeutic environments.
Rosina’s areas of interest include working with children, adolescents and adults across the lifespan and with a range of mental health concerns. This includes assisting people with:
- Anxiety disorders including general, social, phobias and obsessive-compulsive symptoms,

Tracey Duthler
Tracey has 18 years of experience as a registered psychologist, working in private practice, government services, and schools. Tracey works with adolescents, adults, and older individuals, and has a special interest in EMDR Therapy for PTSD, complex trauma, and acute stress disorder. She also integrates Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Motivational Interviewing in her practice.

Wattle Tree
Wattle Tree provides psychological treatment under the Better Access to Mental Health Care Initiative. If clients are eligible for a MHCP, they will be able to access a Medicare Rebate at Wattle Tree.
Individual therapy sessions are the primary focus at Wattle Tree. Please note, Wattle Tree do not provide cognitive, ADHD or Autism assessments or any legal/court reports.
