Gayle Rusher

Gayle Rusher

Gayle Rusher was born in Tasmania before moving to the mainland to work and study, including work as a Flight Nurse and as a Remote Area Nurse in remote Aboriginal communities in Queensland.

As a Nurse Practitioner, Gayle can prescribe medications and order tests within a limited scope of practice, and as a midwife and child health nurse, Gayle can manage pregnancies and care for children. Gayle is also qualified as a Credentialled Diabetes Educator.

Outside of work, Gayle’s talents extend to viticulture: she also works as a wine judge and is developing her own vineyard. Other interests include photography, gardening, bushwalking, and working on her farm.

Kasey Murray

Kasey Murray

Kasey is a compassionate Nurse Practitioner with experience across acute, critical care and primary healthcare settings. She has worked throughout regional New South Wales and remote communities in the Northern Territory, where she developed a passion for improving access to healthcare for people living in rural and remote areas.

Kasey completed her Bachelor of Nursing at the University of New England in 2008. She furthered her qualifications with a Graduate Certificate in Rural and Remote Health before graduating with a Master of Nurse Practitioner from the University of Queensland in 2018.

As a Nurse Practitioner, Kasey is able to assess, diagnose and treat a range of acute health conditions, as well as support the management of selected chronic conditions. She can order and interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications within her scope of practice, develop personalised treatment plans, and refer patients to specialists or allied health professionals when needed.

Kasey is passionate about providing personalised, evidence-based care and believes in taking the time to listen to her patients and help them make informed decisions about their health. She enjoys caring for people of all ages and has a special interest in women’s health, child and family health, acute illness, emergency care, and preventative health.

Outside of work, Kasey enjoys spending time outdoors with her young family.

Sarah Armstrong

Sarah is an experienced Nurse Practitioner with over 10 years of clinical practice in Primary Health Care, with a particular interest in gender-affirming care, preventative care and the management of chronic and complex health conditions. Sarah has undertaken additional advanced training in gender-affirming care, mental health, sexual health and immunisation. Sarah is a proud advocate for the LGBTQIA community, and a member of AUSPATH and Meridian ACT. Sarah aims to always provide inclusive, empathetic and compassionate person-centred care for people living in the Canberra region and its surrounds. Sarah also enjoys spending time with their life partner and friends enjoying art, movies, music and being active outdoors.
