Dr Williams completed her medical training in Edinburgh, Scotland and began practicing at Thirroul Medical Practice in 2002 shortly after arriving in Australia. She enjoys all aspects of General Practice but has a particular interest in paediatrics, geriatrics, medical education and infectious diseases.

Dr Williams is a Senior Lecturer in General Practice at the University of Wollongong where she is involved in curriculum development, teaching medical students and medical research. She has recently completed a Masters in Infectious Diseases Intelligence.
