Darcie Morrison
Darcie grew up heavily involved in sports, including dancing, netball, athletics, swimming and various forms of football. This early exposure set the foundation for an active lifestyle and fostered a lifelong love of movement.
Her interest in sport developed into a strong passion for exercise and movement, with a goal to empower as many people as possible to become happier and healthier through physical activity. She has particular interests in musculoskeletal injuries, sports injury prevention and rehabilitation, womenโs health, and pre- and post-natal exercise.
Darcie completed her studies in Bathurst, earning a Bachelor of Exercise and Sport Science (Honours) followed by a Master of Clinical Exercise Physiology.
In her spare time, she enjoys staying active with her three boys, reading, and training for both leisure and sport.

Mathew Cameron
Growing up in the Clarence Valley, Mat has always lived an active lifestyle through sport and regular outdoor activity. Working as an Accredited Exercise Physiologist for over ten years, Mat utilizes exercise prescription and engagement in physical activity to improve the health outcomes for patients and the local community.
Mat treats a wide range of patients including Worker’s Compensation, Medicare, Veteran’s Affairs, NDIS and private patients with a vast array of chronic musculoskeletal, neurological, metabolic and cardiorespiratory diseases.
Tamara Meredith
Tamara is an accredited exercise physiologist with Body FX. She has a strong background in rehabilitation and is passionate about keeping people active, happy and healthy no matter their age or ability.
She is a keen advocate for women’s health with a particular focus on using pilates, delivering pelvic-floor-safe exercises for all ages and levels tailoring for rehabilitation, core strength, stability, balance and more.
